Gold11 may request a national ID, passport, or other government-issued document for account verification at any time. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified period may result in temporary account suspension.

03 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals on gold11 must be made using the designated payment methods. We currently support bKash, Nagad, and other approved methods.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000
• All deposits must come from your own account.
• Third-party transactions are strictly prohibited.

04 Bonuses & Promotions

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once per account.
• A wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

• Any attempt to claim bonuses from multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being terminated.

05 Betting Rules

• Bets placed on abnormal odds resulting from a system error will be considered void.
• Any bets and winnings associated with proven match-fixing or unfair advantage will be forfeited.

If an event is cancelled, postponed, or incomplete, bets will be refunded or voided in accordance with gold11's policy. gold11's decision on such matters is final.

06 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Gold11 platform and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using a false identity or fraudulent documents.
• Using any software or bots to manipulate games.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Abusing the bonus system or bonus hunting.
• Threatening or harassing other players.
• Attempting to compromise the platform's security or technical infrastructure.

07 Account Closure & Suspension

Gold11 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a terms and conditions violation.
• If suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.
• If KYC verification fails.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).
• Upon a voluntary self-exclusion request.
